A Restaurant faced several challenges with their Google and Facebook ad campaign, and they faced:
- Low online visibility: The restaurant had a limited online presence, which resulted in low visibility among potential customers.
- Ineffective targeting: The restaurant’s previous ad campaigns failed to effectively target the desired audience, leading to low engagement and conversion rates.
- Lack of customer engagement: The restaurant struggled to engage with its target audience, resulting in decreased customer interest and footfall.
As a result they received only 2-5 leads, which was very low. So, here are the changes we made:
Google ad campaign:
We implemented a comprehensive digital advertising strategy by utilizing Google Ads:
- Used relevant keywords & changed match type.
- Optimized ad copy and landing pages with these keywords to improve relevancy and ad quality.
- Utilized ad extensions such as callouts, site links, and location extensions to provide additional information about restaurants.
- Spent an amount of Rs 65000 (approx.) in the first month.
Result:
Here is the summary of the results we achieved
- Clicks: 625-720
- Conversions: 15-17 conversions
- Impressions: 4500-5700 impressions

Facebook ad campaign:
We optimized facebook campaign and made some changes (problems were same as google ads):
- Segmented the target audience based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to create more personalized and relevant ad campaigns.
- Created visually appealing and engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Used high-quality product images, videos, and compelling ad copy to capture the attention and interest of potential customers.
- Made reels on relevant trending topics for more engagement.
- Spent Rs 35000 (approx.) in the first month.
Result:
Here is the summary of the results we achieved:
- Clicks: 550-720
- Conversions: 20-27 conversions
- Impressions: 5500-6250 impressions
Overall Outcome:
After daily optimization, we got good results.
- The restaurant’s online presence significantly improved.
- Enhanced targeting and engagement.
- Improved footfall and sales.
